I Must Learn To Sit

"And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying..: - Matthew 5:1-2

Had a wonderful QT. Was pondering on how to connect to my people, how to teach them things, how to grow them..
Holy Spirit then prompted me to read Matthew 5. It was about Jesus teaching His disciples the Beatitudes! The DNA, character, spirit and heart!

On the previous chapter, Jesus had His ministry healing the multitudes. Then He decided to stop and went up to a place with His disciples, where He could sit down and they can come to Him. If Jesus didn't drop His ministry and sit, the disciples wouldn't be able to have an opportunity to sit with Him and be taught with the Beatitudes! Sitting down is also an opportunity for people to connect! "Relac one corner?" hahaha.

Yes I must learn to put aside my ministry, get seated and connect with people. Especially my sheeps! Amen!
