Tabernacle Prayer

Wow this has been one of the best sermon I heard. It has impacted and changed my life so much!

Since I've last heard the sermon by Dr.David Cho Yonggi, former Senior Pastor of the world's largest church (750,000 members)!

THE man of prayer! His secret? the Tabernacle Prayer!

Puts oneself in the path of a high priest in the times of the Old Testament.

First to the brazen altar and give thanks to Jesus for His sacrifice. Praise God for His greatness!

Second to the bronze laver to reflect upon oneself against the 10 commandments, then washes one clean again. A fresh person!

Third to the Holy Place where the light of the Holy Spirit is! Where we depend upon His wisdom. He is the Counsellor sent by Jesus, He is also a person who could be grieved. Here's where we do reconciliation with Him and touch on His wisdom. For without the Holy Spirit, where is the wisdom? The wisdom of the world is not perfect.

At the Holy Place is also the showbread! The living word of God. All that we need for everything! Holy Place is where Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding of God comes together!

Lastly is the Holy of Holies! Where Presence of God is, and where Jesus is seated beside God. Well without Jesus as our representing Most High Priest, we could never get close to God like this. As custom, the Most High Priest brings our prayers to God. Now that He died for us, we can now come into the Holy of Holies and talk to God directly! In His presence, very sure and confident that He is listening!

This prayer covers everything that we need to get close to God and to love the people around us!
Loving and fearing God, Loving and respecting the Holy Spirit, Thanksgiving and love for Jesus, checks upon oneself if we love our enemies/others like we love ourselves.

This is just so so powerful! Coming to each "station" reminds us of things to say! We can never run out of things to pray if we follow this prayer! Just praying simply and non-stop could take you atleast 10-15mins! Wow who says you can't pray?!
