How passed out after much loss of blood and he was brought to the mysterious lady's home.
Some time later How was awaken by the singing of 2 beautiful voices. He woke up realising that his wound was bandaged, placed in a room with exquisite furnitures and a sweet scent in the air.
He left the room and was led towards the source of the voices. As he walked closer, his heart began to thump. The voices were beautiful and aspiring, there wasn't a single note that does not bring hope and peace to the listener.
How reached the garden and saw a beautiful lady and a sweet looking young girl uplifting one another with their voices. The young lad's heart melted.. His eyes were fixed on the younger one as he felt that unexplainable sensation move in him, only to realise that he had fallen for her.
"I saved you!" The young lady spoke with a sweet smile and How's heart skipped a beat faster.
"I'm Lia and this is my teacher, Sun! What's your name?" The young lady spoke again with the same smile. How replied and thanked his saviours, but he couldn't stop blushing with that sheepish smile.
Seeing that How was a righteous and humble young man, Sun invited him to stay in their place and prepared a sumptuous dinner for him that night. That evening Lia begin to reveal to How their identity…
Sun is a very famous and well respected songstress in Sun City. Not only is she a ravishing lady with a beautiful voice, she would often give money to the poor and stand up for them.
The Prince was very much infatuated with her. He tried means and ways to possess her but will not succeed as it would cause an uproar with such disrespect. Living underneath, they were the disciples of the Heaven's Way Sect. The Prince turned out to be the fellow disciple of Sun's teacher, Demon Slayer Master Cho.
The Prince was always after power, but he skills and talent could never match-up with Master Cho's. He took grudge on losing the title of successor as Master of the Heaven's Way Sect. He left the sect taking with him a forbidden technique, 18 Palm Strokes of the Serpent Taming Technique, and soiled the name of Heaven's Way Sect with much evil. Many years later Master Cho pass away due to old age. He handed down his position and skills to his first disciple, Kong. Master Cho passed down an ancient technique that will defeat the highly skilled Prince. It was named Heaven's Way.

Thinking for self vs Thinking for others
Was kinda offended when i sent out an important sms yet the person didnt reply. I understood that the person is busy and therefore an sms would be appropriate.
But I waited to no avail... one thought sank into my mind.. "was i too insignificant for the person to reply this simple sms? no matter how busy that person is, the reply only take less than 10sec. "
Then i decided not to give in to that thought. I decided not to take offence and believed that it had slipped the person's mind. True enough when I had sent out a second sms the next morning, the reply was immediate.
A heart to serve others or a heart for others to serve us makes a huge difference.
it will change the way we work, it can make or break a relationship.

Way of Heaven (Chapter 1)
Long long time ago in the eastern province of China lived a rich young man, How.
How was born to the most prestigious family in the region, owning hundreds of acres of land. It was a fortune awaiting to be his.
When How had reached a certain age, he was sent to the Sun City to learn the trades and mold his talents.
The Sun City was filled with people from all levels of society and all walks of life! There's no talent you will not find, no deception you will not receive.
The Sun City is under the governance of an evil martial artist who names himself the Prince. He had made the Emperor his puppet and gave freedom to every vice and deceit.
He wields the Silver Serpent Staff of 9 Poisons and is a master of 18 Palm Strokes of the Serpent Taming Technique. His abode, the Rock Valley, a place where none who seeks power would ever return humane.
While How was still astonish by the glamour and grand of the city, evil greeted him. Men in white clothes and black scarfs took him out. How was brought to a warehouse and kept inside along with many who seemed hungry and weary. Little did he know that they will be blood sacrificed as an increase to the Prince's internal energy.
Suddenly the doors flung open and a mysterious young lady appeared. She was wearing a veil and holding a metal club. In a moment, all the chains of the prisoners were gone and each gave all their might in the escape. The guards flustered and began killing the prisoners. Skillfully, the heroine swung the club and bashed it into each and every enemies' head. A guard jumped at her rear with the intend to slash her but the heroine couldn't respond in time.
How saw all these and in the split second threw himself to where the slash will cut. It landed a deep cut on his right chest. How bled profusely..

My RSM
During my NS days.. There were many interesting characters.. Kinda brightened up my NS days. Especially my ex-BSM (Battery Sergeant Major), BSM and RSM..
His signature move is his "Typhoon Salute".. Whenever he does drill lessons.. He will always say this.. "When you salute, you must cut down fast!... Good Morning Sir!.. Cut down fast *PA!*(he will cut it down at 200rpm.. And the strands on his hair will begin to fly away.. no lah lol).. "
As a RSM he has an image to uphold.. But aiyo.. So act "saht".. "Baris.. Sedi…. HUR!!!... Pandan keda PA panda HUR!!"
Once during Guard Duty I "twung".. Kena 7 extra.. Then back at battalion he commented.. "this samuel ar.. Don't See him blur blur.. Actually is a very cunning fella"
After that kena mark already.. LOL.. Every guard duty demo ask me to do.. Lucky I'm an expert in guard duties.. (buy a lot, so very pro.. Can even write books and maps on how to perform an easy duty.. Camp nemesis(s) too)
People always nick name him "Chao Sng"(smell from spoilt food, e.g. milk).. Because his surname is Sng.. But my friends called me Sng Buay(sour plum) sometimes.. So there was once my friend shouted my nickname and he turned to that guy immediately.. Haha after that we just laughed... knowing that it was his childhood nickname.
It is really funny when he always try to act pro and show us how to shoot with our rifles.. But his score at range is gonecase 1 la…
Towards the last 6 months of our service.. We got to know him better.. And he respected us for our skills.. Everytime we see him we will shout "RSM Huat ah!".. Then later at the back "RSM tao moh huat ah!".. He took care of us and we kinda respected him lah.. amazing man..
NS is the only time you can do almost everything you've always wanted to but dare not… atmost kena confinement.. Hardly DB cases unless ur attitude really got problem..
But please don't learn from me.. Bad example.. LoL.. I just wanted to make my days more interesting during NS.

LOL Jing Yong is so lame.. Jiu Ying Zhen Jing came about when an official tried to correct texts of Buddhist Scriptures and unknowingly equip himself with the art of breathing and qi flow..
I really wonder how Jing Yong thought of that.. Hahahha so funny.. Just reading scripture texts breaks through Ren and Du pressure points.. Allowing the flow of "qi" to all parts of the body.. Really really lame..
But acupuncture really works.. "qi" is just a mythical theory.. Acupuncture redirects blood flow.. Thus moving more oxygen, immunities and blood to the required area for treatment

First is the Lehmann Brothers incident.. Now the Swine Flu.. Economy took a deeper plunge.. BOA is in desperation for a $50b capital.. Chief Executives are stepping down or "died mysteriously".. Things are going to get interesting from here on. Big players are tightening their belts. A wave of new players will be rising to ride on.. Some will bring new faith.. some will introduce changes.. This is exciting.. I'm watching..
Though Singapore took the hit quite well.. But still people who built their houses on soil suffered financially and psychologically.. Fear spreaded much. As a conservative and spoon-fed nation, the first fruits will not be ours. Amidst times like these precise business ventures can change the atmospheres..
These are just my thoughts.. It isn't backup with much solid information nor foundation.. But it's cool to think.. Hahaha

I've managed to download a copy of the hongkong comic, Tian Xia!
t's about the story of FengYun(Stormriders). I've always wanted to read it.. but had no money to buy.. and now.. hehehehe
Also I'm finally able to know the story prior to Return of the Condor Heroes,the first part of the trilogy, Legend of the Condor Heroes!
Really really cool.. But first time i've seen such a dumb male lead in Jing Yong's story. It's nice!

Gentleness
During yesterday's G zone service, God begin to show me how Pastors love people..
I love people too.. but most of the time deep inside of me there's an aggression
to want to get things done. I lack a gentleness inside of me. Though I seem patient
to many.. sometimes I just can't be bothered by things.
And during worship I begin to feel that gentleness. Will work on that! Cool!

I do get into crushes all the time..
once i crush.. i get crushed by it for very long.. lol
so during the last 6 years.. i had 3..
It's very bad for me.. because I get distracted all the time!
So now I've decided that I should concentrate on saving up.. loving my people.. building the Church..I don't want to waste time getting distracted by crushes.. it's a pain in the a**
So I thought of this "Brilliant" idea! Haha I shall redirect my love to one of my favourite female artist since secondary school, BoA! (the other was Mariah Carey).
Yea she is super pretty.. but pretty girls are all around.. *BORING*
She can dance very well! And she can sing! She's very hardworking lah.

Jobsearch aside.. I still need to get my degree.. I've always wanted to study economics!OR anything related.. finance, banking, insurance.. This 1 year in the financial line affirms it even more!
Now i got to save up for private-U get a degree and get a stable job atleast..I don't wish to be rich.. just enough for my parents and I.. And all of my efforts will go to building the church.
yea actually even if I don't get all these.. i'm happy enough. God has changed my life.
I'm very much satisfied with it. I can die anytime.. BUT! I know there's more of God's kingdom I need to build..

I think Pastors showed me love by discipling me! I was arrogant, I was proud.

All things are REALLY possible!
A revelation came when I was just thinking of planning schedules.
That we should include God when we plan our time! For He knows everyone's timing! Since He knows, He will know which time is the best for us to do what or not to do what.
And then I started to think how God knows our time? He controls it!
He sets the stars to shine.. thus light travels!
Moving along that line, atmosphere in space also changes as particles move in space and meteors collide..
Anything that God puts into motion will keep moving according to it's own speed and acceleration! Changes will happen as things of different speed and acceleration comes into collision. That's how atoms form things!
Everything has it's motion and will have to slow down and eventually stop. Therefore God is able to calculate and know what will happen! He is the great designer and the great mathematician!
Therefore whatever God puts to motion, He can stop it too! All things are really possible! Supernatural and natural? Just a line of difference! We are living in the course and time and surrounded by many different motions. God is just living above that!
Wow! If you can't believe in the God who controls it all.. then believe in who?

God's blessing on my first job!
Yea now is the time to share about my blessing from God for this job.
Just 1 month before I ORD, I was kinda worried about what job I should go. I'm not very good nor interested in IT(which was what I studied in poly). Also my family is facing some problems. My mom had stopped working a year ago due to sickness. My dad had stopped working also due to his age. Now my dad is working odd jobs and gets very very little pay. So it kinda all depends on me already. So I've got lots of bills to pay, housing loan and my poly tuition fees. Also to save up for my degree studies. No more loans.. too much to clear for now.
But thank God for Him. I went online and searched for job. Send out about 3 applications. 2 got back. But I was only interested in one. So the agency got me for an interview.
Few days later I went down to my company for the interview. And it was rather relaxing and the AVP and Manager liked me. Prepared me for the worst case scenario and ended the interview. Just that afternoon, I got the confirmation already! Every thing was so smooth that I didn't have to worry about a single thing! The pay was also quite good for a diploma grad!
But little did I know that there's more to this job then just helping out to test the system and doing admin. I actually belong to the Acturial department! This is like one of the hardest course in universities. Every year from NTU only 30 students will graduate and maybe half will be going into this area. It is so rare and certainly it has a great prospect! Though I'm just an associate over there, I'm able to learn Acturial Science as I work. I'm also able to sign up for certification examination. Actuaries have to take the examination after they graduate so that they can be certified as one. Wow I can have the chance of going through that very same path!

Even if I'm not as intelligent. I believe my God will provide me with the resources and opportunity for the path He has laid infront of me.
It was really difficult even now (1 and a half month after I started) to understand and workaround the things in the this line. So messy and one certainly has to be very organised in his mind to do handle it well. I thank God for the capacity to receive in all the knowledge that has been passed on to me until now. It's going to be exciting.
I also thank God that now I can support my family, pay more tithes and bless people! I'm content with all these. But I believe God will increase it as it is my nature to really bless people. I just love it!

So messy and one certainly has to be very organised in his mind to do handle it well. I thank God for the capacity to receive in all the knowledge that has been passed on to me until now. It's going to be exciting.
I also thank God that now I can support my family, pay more tithes and bless people! I'm content with all these. But I believe God will increase it as it is my nature to really bless people. I just love it!
Working also gave me a revelation. That the 8 hours a day is just so small part of my life. I have a bigger life with God. I'm only working for the money. That's all. The money will then be my tool for many great works ahead!
Praying for Colleagues

JUST to clarify! I've always wanted to post.. just either no time or too lazy..
Some weeks back I was in a meeting. It was some discussion between my section and the IT department. Mathematicians and IT people really can't communicate.. discussions just got very very heated up and keep going back to square 1 of discussion. It was then God started speaking to me about the need for praying for the people in our workplace.
Praying gives our colleagues peace, wisdom and understanding. When they do well, they will treat us well and teach us well. We will receive their patience, wisdom and understanding too! And we will also be more encouraged to do well and everyone will go spiral up! Cool huh!
Yup so pray for them and pray that the presence of God will be in the office. Your colleagues will soon rise up to be like Obed-Edoms!
